All are invited to celebrate a special Mass in response to the recent call from the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops to gather in prayer on behalf of immigrants and immigration reform. University President, Rev. Robert A. Dowd, C.S.C., will preach and preside.
Together, we pray that all people will work together to preserve the human dignity of immigrants while also pursuing meaningful reform of immigration laws and procedures that support national security. May we place the Church's foundational concern for the human person at the center of all policymaking discussions, and pray for the fortitude to respond to all immigrants in our midst with a spirit of compassion.
