Drewzella Andrade

 

Drewzella Andrade joined the MSPS team in the fall of 2024 where she is the assistant director working closely with the Building Bridges Mentoring Program and the MSPS Pathways to Excellence Program.

 

Prior to this role, Ms. Andrade was a substitute teacher for high schools in the Southwest Michigan area and mentored Latinx students who were pursuing a path to higher education or technical schools. At the University of Miami, she interned in the study abroad office and organized research interviews for Latinx Students. She also served as the Latin American Studies Graduate Delegate for Miami. Additionally, Ms. Andrade served as a program coordinator in the Office of International Education at Miami Dade College.

 

Ms. Andrade earned her master of arts in Latin American studies from the University of Miami and her bachelor of arts in global and international studies from Michigan State University.
