Trevon Jones-Dear serves as the Program Coordinator of Student Success, a role he began in June 2022. In this capacity, Mr. Jones-Dear assists in the management of the MSPS Scholarship Program as well as the Building Bridges Mentoring Program.

Prior to this, Mr. Jones-Dear worked at Nova Southeastern University as the Graduate Assistant for the Vice-President of Student Affairs and the Advisor of the Student Government Association. While there, he assisted in developing a partnership with more than five universities in the south region of Florida to identify and address a university issue that would help shape the capstone experience for the Nova Southeastern Higher Ed Curriculum. In his capacity as a Graduate Assistant, he also assisted the Vice-President of Student Affairs in teaching leadership and applied leadership to students in the Razors Edge Leadership Program. As an intern, Mr. Jones-Dear worked to create a sense of student representation and identity for South Florida's largest regional tech hub, the Alan B. Levan NSU Broward Center of Innovation. Mr. Jones-Dear established and supervised a team of student ambassadors called the Levan Center Jr. Ambassadors. The mission of the Levan Center Jr. Ambassadors are to foster a sense of community by offering exceptional service to each individual who interacts with the center.

Mr. Jones-Dear graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a master’s degree in College Student Affairs with a discipline in conflict analysis and resolution. He currently resides in Granger, Indiana, and his hobbies include traveling, conducting volunteer work, and watching documentaries.
